Pretty good but not quite as described.
The liner I received was NOT the teflon liner, but as it was going to my downhill bikes shift-nokon and not so many shifts are to be made I got it going for me.So it seems to be the basic nylon- or what-so-ever-material-liner, but really good quality. As I installed it, the nokon pearls fitted perfectly, and the inner wire glided really smoothly inside the liner even my system has full length 160cm long cable with many tight curves.So if you don't mind it not being the teflon liner this is a good choice for you, I guess...
