DropCatch Magnetic Bottle Opener and Cap Catcher (Pilsner ULTRA - 140 Caps)

Ever been annoyed when you want a beer and you can't find the bottle opener? Well look no further! The magnet is strong enough to stick onto your fridge without dealing with having to wall mount it. It does exactly what is described. Definitely not weak, aesthetically pleasing, and functions perfectly. I've gifted two of these through DropCatch's website and now bought my own through Amazon. This is what beer lovers need!Heads up, my son has put other magnets on it before and it demagnetizes the other magnets, but that didn't make me dislike the product... I didn't care for the lame magnets anyway.

Bought this for my husband. Love the idea, extremely strong magnet. Two issues though, after a few open bottles the wood has already started to get marked up. Which is a shame since it's finished and made very well. Second issue is the product packaging. It literally did not fit in its own box. I'm just figuring for the amount of money I spent on this, it should at least fit in the package. Not a reflect on how the product works but if I had seen this in a store packaged as such, I wouldn't have bought it.

Aesthetic design: 5 starsFunctionality: 4 starsThis bottle opener looks GREAT magnetized to our fridge - is has a beautiful aesthetic design and I absolutely love to look at it. Unfortunately, when it comes to using it, I have to gently open the bottle because the top magnet does not stick to our refrigerator as strong as the bottom magnet that catches the lids. As time goes on though, I've learned how to "finesse" it a little bit so that opening a beer is no longer an issue. My husband and I absolutely love the fact that the magnet is strong enough to hold a TON of bottle caps (we got the stronger magnet version and I'm very happy we spent the money to get it). Overall a great product (that could use some mild tweaking) but I would certainly purchase again for a friend.

Best bottle opener ever! I was worried it wouldn't work and i'd be out $50 but they package it perfectly to know you it works great with a bottle cap already clinging to it as you take it out of the box. Magnet is super strong and totally worth the money. Sticks right to the fridge with the powerful magnet and doesn't budge unless you put force into actually removing it. Also comes with a packet with materials to mount it to a non-magnetic surface. It was a no-brainer buy. Also cool that you can customize the actual mounted bottle opener if you wanted to with your own.

The DropCatch Magnetic Bottle Opener is very sturdy and looks fantastic. The appears that the product will have a long life due to its superior build quality. My next goal is to see if I can push the max amount of bottle caps the magnet can hold. This would make a great gift.

The concept is really cool and I can't wait to see 100 bottle caps cascading down. First use the cap fell right to the floor. It takes some practice to open the bottle just so so that the cap catches to the magnet. I was expecting a much stronger magnet.

If I could, I would give 4.5 stars. Strong magnet secures it to the side of my fridge instead of having to screw it into a wall with the included screws. Seems sturdy enough to withstand the test of time. The only small negative things: surface gets scratches from the bottle caps, and it slides while using it (only about an inch or so). I will purchase more to use as gifts.

This is great! The magnet catches the caps as they fall. We have "caught" 15 caps so far with none falling.
