Nice looking, and theses "ball" type casters don't get dog hair -- or MY dropped hairs -- wound up around the caster/rollers like the typical "wheel" casters do.

These caster wheels were ordered for our dining chairs. They are not easy to install and definitely should include instructions!!! We tried several drill bits before we found the best fit. They seem to work adequately but we’re not 100% sure that we will keep the ones we haven’t already installed. I do give them credit for being good looking.

These casters are perfect for my heavy, difficult to move kitchen and dining room chairs! They are attractive as well as functional. The downside is that I had to hire a handyman to install them. Even he had problems. Had to use Gorilla Glue to hold them in securely.

These were absolutely perfect for my husband's old office chair that had broken and cracked casters so he could barely move back-and-forth from his desk. He was so excited when he realized I had to replaced them and he was in motion again! They made the chair just a little bit higher than it was before and he loves that as well. They are very heavy and very well-made and seem like they will last forever. His chair is on and no carpet as well as a rug and it rolls just fine over both of them. The way there are made seems like they would not hurt any service so if we move it to hardwood they will still work.

No instructions with size holes that need to be drilled. Inexcusable. Took me 1 1/2 hrs; could have been done in half that time with instructions. One of the casters promptly fell out at first going over a small carpet threshold. If I did not have 45 years of property management, I would never have gotten them successfully installed and level. If I should ever get something like this in the future, it will be returned it as defective. Who wants to have their time wasted.For the record, I initially drilled a 1 3/8" pilot hole with a 3/16" bit; then a final with a 3/8 " bit. Discovered that one needed to test actual depth with the 3/16" bit as a table turned upside can collect sawdust where the caster arm/shank needs to firmly fit through the adapter to stay in securely. Perhaps, to play on the safe side a 1 1/2" deep hole might work better. But this should be clearly covered in a 2-3 line set of instruction or simple picture if the manufacturer cannot write in English!

We wanted sturdy casters for chairs on our lanai. This product was exactly what we were looking for. The color blended well with our chairs and they seem to be very sturdy and easy to roll. Installation was very easy!
