Love This Set
We have purchased a lot of these bamboo dinnerware sets and have been very pleased with them. Do they break easily? Yes, compared to the harmful melamine plates, they do. But so long as you don't drop them on a hard surface too often or run them through a dishwasher, they last a long time! We have been using some of ours nearly every day for over two years, so I'd say it's worth the purchase! And my children love them too!

really cute but the bamboo is fragile
these are super cute, and my toddler loves finishing her bowl so she can see the face at the bottom! my only complaint is that the bamboo is very fragile; of the three sets i recently ordered, all via different sellers and arriving in different and very well-packed amazon boxes, two out of three cups arrived already cracked, and a plate from a previous set broke after dropping from about a foot off the kitchen tiles; so if your baby is a dish thrower, maybe go for recycled plastic or wait until they outgrow the throwing!!

Some parts might chip
I purchased 2 of the EcoBamboo products a few months back, and although the colors are vibrant and the plate and cup still are in its original condition, the bowl and spoon and fork have all chipped by normal toddler use (ie: dropping a spoon/fork at dinnertime). My other criticisms are that the fork is rather hard to pierce anything with and not very functional, and that it is not recommended to be used in the microwave, which is a bit of a nuisance when you want to quickly heat something up. Otherwise, the set is adorable, safe, and a great alternative to plastic.

So far I like this. Ivwanted to stay away from plastic as much as possible. I did read before hand how easily it can break so I will be on guard about that. When I washed it so I could use it, the spoon had these really small specs that should've been spooth but I scrapped it off with my nail. It was smooth after. But that shouldn't be like that. That's the only thing I have to say negative.

Highly recommended
We love this set! The mug is the perfect size and so is the plate. We use this daily and it has held up well. The mug did eventually crack after being dropped. It had been dropped before and been fine, but I guess it was just a bad angle or something. We are going to buy 2 or 3 more sets of this once my younger son is out of the high chair. Highly recommend.

Cute, but break easily
I really wish I could give this five stars, because they're so cute. However, my son dropped the fork and the bowl once and they both broke. The fork, had one of the prong's break off and the bowl got a big crack in it :( these are really fragile, so I wouldn't buy them unless you have older children who most likely won't accidentally (or purposely) drop them!

Bamboo rules!
What a great little set! I purchase these for my grandson and am thrilled to say mama uses them at every feeding! They're excellent quality and do t co gain any harmful chemicals.

Flimsy!
Within the first use, the plate cracked and the spoon broke. Not well made, not sturdy. A huge disappointment!
