Made for midgets or small children. Barely goes around your arm let alone your knee. And the vibration is practically non existent. Very cheaply made.

I am 5 foot 11 and weigh 310 pounds. This thing fits my arm perfectly but if I were any larger I think it might not. My arm below the elbow is about 16 inches in diameter, above my elbow it is about 20 inches. I guess you could apply these dimensions to a knee. If I needed this for my knee then the "universal fit" would not apply :)If you are large size and your arm is about the same as mine then you need this for your elbow. It is great! I think the vibration thing is absolutely useless but as an elbow brace... you cant find a more comfortable one :)I hope this helps someone in finding the best elbow brace.

Doesn't fit right. Only last 30 mins than you have to charge it. I am thin and it was very tight on my knee,

Fits perfectly. Alleviated my knee pain almost instantly. It doesn't come with instructions. I read some reviews that stated the brace didn't vibrate. I thought I was having the same problem at first until I figured it out. Once the blue light starts blinking the button has to be pressed again to choose a vibration setting.

The vibrator device hardly works. Vibrations are Weak. I do not recommend the device .

I love the fact that it vibrates naturally without it shocking you. It's sleek and provides pain relief for my tennis elbow. I even gave it to my brother to use on his knee since he had knee surgery. I received this as a gift from my mom.

My wrap does not vibrate????? Stan the man
