Good in quality

This purchase was a steal. I thought the wax heater might not work with rica wax but man I was wrong! It worked well. It took sometime cos I kept the rica wax tin inside with a little water below. But it did heat the wax up. There is no temperature control and for the price of ₹300 I didn’t expect one either. So for me that was ok. However the light indicator inside the switch did not work well. The connection was loose so I had to flip the switch a couple of times to get it working. There is no on and off written so you don’t know if the machine is on or off with out the light indicator. The waxing strips are of a good quality. Works well. And the spatula is long and doesn’t heat up when placed on the wax tin. Overall not bad at all for the price I got this for.PLEASE NOTE: I would like to add if you are using it for rica wax and keeping the whole tin inside I would recommend you add a little water first. The water I added got evaporated and the outer plastic melted and sank inside. Keep adding a little water as an when it gets evaporated.

Easy to clean

I bought this combo reading 2-3 positive reviews but the experience turned out to be pathetic. The plastic around the aluminium bowl melted and the bowl tilted at an angle as seen in the attached picture. As I used a rice container with a little bit of water on the base.It might work for small quantities of wax but if you are looking to buy for rica containers then you should go a different way.For the price, the strips and the spatula were very good.If you face a similar issue, do contact customer care as they reimburse for the inconvenience but you’ll be stuck with the faulty machine.
