I love the way these boards stay flat but are flexable when putting diced foods into pans or smaller bowls without pieces falling all over the place! They are easy to clean . I mostly like the fact that I can sterilize by putting in the microwave, I haven't had any problems as some other reviewers had of the boards slipping on the countertop. I do notice some scratch marks from my knives but nothing too deep, I didn't really expect to not ever see marks where knives had been cutting though. My only complaint is the onion smell on the green one , I can't get it out. I washed with hot soapy water, used water and bleach for 30 minutes and I thought it was gone but the next time I used it, placed in dishwasher and when it came out it smelled like onion again! I am leary of cutting things like pineapple or other fruits for fear the smell or taste would transfer. That's why I decucted one star. Otherwise, I'm happy with the purchase, they store so easy!

I have previously purchased various types of these flexible boards. Most of them were at half the cost or even cheaper. Most performed poorly, some "okay," & others almost good... until a few washings (by hand). The big problem was curling of the edges & sliding around when using. Putting a towel under the board would remedy the sliding, but those curling edges never could be fixed no matter how long they were pressed under something heavy or rolled the opposite way.I was glad to have found the Enviroboards when looking to replace yet another set of boards. I loved the fact that they could be put in the dishwasher & the microwave to kill off any dangerous stuff that may be lurking on the board. The boards are textured on both sides, so they don't slip! Yippie! Yahoo! No chasing your food & board around on the counter if you forgot to put a towel underneath. Even better these puppies are thick & they do not curl, even after throwing in the dishwasher... no curl! I choose not to throw the boards in the dishwasher all the time, but I really like the fact that I can when I feel that they need a heavy-duty cleaning. I prefer the microwave for everyday sterilization & although, I don't cook/use them much I have had them long enough to see that these boards are durable. They self heal & are gentle on your knives. The fact that you can hang them up is another benefit. My only complaint is that they can stain rather easily. I forgot what I was chopping, but one board stained the first time that I used it & I noticed another board had stains on it at some point. After scrubbing & doing my usual tricks for stain removal the stains have become very light, but are still noticeable, although not enough to want to hide. Still, I don't cook/use much, so it makes me wonder how they would look with lots of use. I must confess one of the stains may be my own fault. I had to lay down immediately during meal prep & was not able to get up until hours later, so....All & all I would recommend & buy again. Even if these boards do hold stains I should think that they would still be the better investment over cheaper versions of these types of boards, as they would not need to be replaced nearly as often.

Talk about a conversation piece! I have these hanging up so they're the first thing you see in my kitchen. I had a bad experience with bacteria festering in groves within my wooden cutting boards so I did some research and came across the Enviroboard.Extremely versatile and sanitary! Having three types allows you to use Vegetables, Meat, and Poultry separately. I use MoiChef Ceramic Knives mostly and there is minimal wear on the Enviroboards.Sanitation was very important for me. You simply wash the boards down after use, fold them up by utilizing the built-in clip, and zap it in the microwave for 45-60 seconds. It's really one of those, "Why didn't I think of that" situations.Highly recommend!

Love this cutting board set; got it on lightning deal! Nice size and does not slip on the counter top as bottom side is bumpy. Do not like the cut out on the corner of the board since I don't hang them. Also, of note, don't put anything warm/hot on it as it will warp up and run the risk of it not laying flat on surface... I was able to run it under cold water quickly so the warp part went back to normal. Hew~~

These are good cutting mats. I thought they would be a bit more substantial with more of the groove for collecting liquids. However, they are great for cutting non-juicy items and cleaning is a breeze. Being a very flexible mat, it's lightweight, things don't fall off the sides, and scooping up and straight into the pan is super easy. I will probably only use these one at a time, and not according to their food-coded system, but I really like them and feel like they are a good value.

These are great. I like that they are flexible but sturdy enough which helps to carry minced stuff directly to the pot/pan. I haven't noticed any scratch on them so far and colors are really bright and beautiful! Easy to wash and disinfect. The only minor problem is they do slide a little on wooden counter unless you put them on wet paper towel but after couple times of using, I got hold of them. Overall, really nice cutting board which are versatile and end cross contamination!

These boards are great! Lightweight, easy to store, dishwasher safe, and microwaveable sterilizing! Can't ask for more! They are the perfect size for everyday chopping and slicing,but I wish they came in a larger size too, for those days when I'm making soup and do alot of chopping! Because these boards are flexible, it makes it very easy to transfer the chopped food to a bowl or pot. Great product for the kitchen!

I'm converted. No more messing with oils to treat hardwood cutting boards...these are great. Easy to cut on, easy to clean, easy to store - I have nothing to complain about regarding these products. They are a heavy gauge material and not the flimsy type of flexible cutting boards. Pick these up and ditch the wood cutting boards.
