This unit was a return, a great Warehouse Deal from Amazon.One third the cost of a new distributor!Ten minutes to remove the worn unit and install the new distributor. Setting timing takes half an hour, including engine warm up.Module, cap and rotor included.Less than one hour to gain another ten years of reliability, for the cost of an ignition module.

After buying all Pertronix ignition for my Corvette I had two module failures within 300 miles so I took all Pertronix stuff off the car and replaced with this Cardone unit, no more problems.

1995 GMC K2500 Suburbon 3/4Ton 454ci got it in with some finicking had to rotoate the engine a little to get it seated fits perfect runs good now after discovering the ICM was bad right out of the box after driving it my RPM Or Tachometer looked like it had tourettes, sounded bad, I finally took cap off removed the ICM and replaced it with my original one and it runs perfect now!! 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ alot of unnecessary work but it’s good, good quality unit just junky ICM and possibly pickup coil I wouldn’t trust for long but so far that’s fine

Fit and finish was good, went where it needed too and gave the angry pixies to the sparklers, now my 30yo engine runs with new vigor, unfortunately it doesnt backfire any more, which is a good thing, but i liked when people jumped

Worked fine for about a day but the ignition module failed. Cardone puts the cheapest possible components in this.

Fit and functions as expected.I'll update in a few months.I bought a different/cheaper brand distributor some months back and the pickup coil went out within days. I surely hope this one performs better.

Fit perfectly into my 1994 Chev 1500. Solved my issue of faulty/intermittent ignition. Has been great for 3months now.

Installed in my 1994 Sierra 5.7L truck. The truck fired fired right up and with adjusting the timing, the truck runs perfectly. Would recommend.
