I purchased this system and added an additional two wireless cameras and a wireless extender. It has taken quite a bit of experimentation with camera and repeater positioning to achieve system stability, but once established I am quite impressed with the overall performance and value of the system. The hardware quality is excellent, the network and wireless connectivity are stable, the video quality is good, and the remote accessibility including playback work well. Only the audio is a bit "tinny" but acceptable, and the software is comprehensive although not fully intuitive or documented so I did require customer support for setup. My questions were answered promptly, courteously, and effectively.In short summary the system has exceeded my expectations, and this may be one of the best values out there given the reasonable price, full functionality, and absence of any ongoing cloud-based service fees.

4-stars is just because there are some advanced quirks in the system that need to be updated. My issue revolved around not having the siren go off at certain times of day when the motion and siren option were used, but I am sure a little coding down the road will fix that, in the meantime I worked around the issue and love this system. Good coverage, doesn't interfere with my home network, range is good, did use an extender in one place as you can't simply upgrade the unit's antennas, another drawback that should be addressed, because adding a better antenna would have been the best solution, but not at this time. Phone app is great, love to be able to check on the pets and surrounding areas of the home when I need, and motion detection works very well.

This product was just what I was looking for. The price is very good and the setup of the system was easy. The only problem I had was setting up the App on my iPhone and connecting it to the system. I found that I needed to delete the app and start again. The app issue was not a reflection of the product offered. I set the app up incorrectly.The customer support was fantastic to help me fix my app issues. Very responsive with the emails I sent them.I used the system right away. I am using the surveillance system to help monitor my father in law who is 92 years old. When I need to leave him for a few hours I know I can easily check on him via the cameras from my iPhone.Yesterday I was away from him for a few hours and checked on him from my iPhone app and could see that he had fallen. I was able to react quickly and help him. This system provides me peace of mind.Good value and great customer support. The equipment is great and I can use audio via the cameras. Great feature.

The system is used for residential security. Delivery was 2 days from order. There was a functional problem with the system, replacement was received in 2 days. Email, telephone and Facebook support was immediate, and the system was up and running the day the replacement was received. The agent was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure that I could operate it OK.The system is well-made, and functions much better than I expected. A recommended buy!

Had some problems when I first received it. I was very frustrated, But, Kiera called me and we worked together, and got the changes made to the system and now it works great.Today, I rechecked to make sure it was still working...you know, just in case. It linked right up without a hitch. I think this is going to be perfect for us

I have been searching for a security camera for a while now and finally decided to get this brand, it was recommended by a friend. And I am pretty satisfied with it. The picture quality is on point and it has signal auto repair. That’s a huge plus! We always get nervous when someone rings our front door bell, but with the security camera in place it gives me a peace of mind and I can see who’s at my front steps.From ordering to delivering it was easy peasy. My husband had it set up within 30 mins or less. Set up was not difficult at all. The packaging was nice; it wasn’t overwhelmed with too much wording. Picture quality was a plus, night and day. Night vision was clear didn’t encounter any problems. It also came with 2 way audio and floodlight turns on automatically when motion is triggered! Awesome! Lots of functions, which I don’t need but the important thing was we can see the house under surveillance when we are not home!Overall it was a solid purchase! I can check up on my home whenever we want especially when we are on vacation! Great purchase, I recommend!

I moved into a densely populated, low lit neighborhood a few years ago and wasn't sure if I should bite the bullet and buy a security system, but after several issues with my neighbors, I finally did. In reading several reviews and product profiles, I settled on the SAFEVANT 8CH WIFI NVR Kit...and am thrilled that I did for several reasons:1) It arrived in two days2) It was beautifully packaged and all components are high quality3) 2-way audio allows audio to be picked up from both sides4) The floodlight automatically turns on when motion is triggered5) Night vision quality is terrific6) The picture quality is clear regardless if it's day or night7) The company was incredibly responsive when I came to them with questions during set up.Point 7 is incredibly important to me since I'm a single mother with very little tech skills. I wanted to make sure that I got this right and the seller's customer service team was there to help every step of the way!

With this price, and quality and support is good . Very helpful. Almost 1 year , works good . Can’t complain. Wish little more money, if camera 5 mp.
