Been using these vitamins every day for 3 months now and it’s made a huge difference to my hair and skin so far. My hair has grown substantially faster and my skin is now starting to show the benefits too - I look healthier, my skin feels smoother and softer and my hair feels stronger too, I definitely have less breakage. It does make your nails grow really fast too. This isn’t for you if you’re looking for an unrealistic overnight miracle. It takes time but it’s worth it. They taste really great too!

Worth the money, taste nice, and easy to swallow. But the pack I bought recently (my 3rd pack) they are a bit more harder to chew, it’s hard to explain, the first two packs were all nice and soft and tasted good, also in the 3rd packet they tasted different too, like a bit too much of something was added. I’ll still be buying more in the hopes it’s just this one pack.

I held off to write a review as the package states you should take it for a minimum of 3 months to see results. I started taking these as I noticed my hair was falling out quite a bit - I also suffer from hair-pulling-disorder which isn't helping my case.HAIR: First thing I've noticed is the length; my hair has definitely started to grow much faster. I have also noticed my hair looking more healthy and shiny in general, and that's about 1 month in. Maybe TMI but when I pull out a hair I also notice it being stronger at the roots. It is falling out less (roughly 2-3 months in), however I am yet to notice wether or not my hair is getting thicker. I have noticed recently a lot of new growth around the hairline where I started receding (4 months in maybe) but still hoping to improve on that.NAILS: Not noticed much of a difference here - my nails were always easy to grow. One thing maybe is that they wouldn't peel or chip as much and they feel a bit stronger.SKIN: I can't comment on this as I have started a skin care routine around the same time I started taking these.OVERALL: If you are thinking about it, just try it out. It's easy to remember to take them as they taste nice. I have noticed that the gummies have gotten a bit harder from when I started taking them though. I am not sure if that's good or bad. I do wish the price was a bit lower as well.Are there better products out there? Maybe, not everything works for everyone. But I will keep taking these for a bit longer and see if my hair gets thicker by month 6.

I feel like I’m one of the few males using this product, but as I am unable to swallow the usual massive, chalky tablets I opted for these.Very happy with the flavour. Not sure if they’ve made a difference to my hair or skin, and I’ve been taking them for a few month's now. But I’m pretty impressed with my nails. They’ve become drastically stronger and a much healthy colour.I’ll see how they go, but I’m pretty happy with the results.

I only used these for a month so maybe they would have helped hair growth if I took them for longer but they made my hair so greasy and my face so oily I couldn’t take them any longer. I usually wash my hair twice a week but with these I needed to do it every day! Didn’t have the same reaction with other brands so can only assume it’s something they use specific to these gummies. They do taste nice though.

Taste great and work.

The product tastes good and makes a difference if your trying to grow your hair like myself and give fullness! Other factors like eating, regular trimming and hardwater will effect it too but this really increases growth I have noticed I have bought these many times its worth the money

i broke out on my skin quite badly, after finally having it under control and struggling for years with it, im not saying these 100% caused it but it happened as i've been taking these for a month now these gummy vitamins contain ingredients of sugar and syrup so that could be the cause and my skin has broke out badly, in 30 days of use i notice no difference in nails or hair i have not completed the full 3 month as recommended and will not put my skin through any longer so i will discontinue use. these are just not for me unfortunately
