There is a lot here for the money. The system works great. It's very easy to install, wiring can be a little tight to route but not bad. You have a choice of several different user interfaces to use for what ever look you like. Its fast and the video is bright and crisp. Once you get used to switching between the OEM interface and Android its very simple to use. The only issue I had was adding it to my cellular service. T-mobile is the only service that recognized the IMEi number. Not a huge deal, I just added in-car wifi for less than what a SIM card would have cost. All in all I would definitely recommend this.

For reference, I have a 2016 BMW M235i xdrive coupe. This screen is a serious upgrade from the tiny stock screen. It is huge and looks really elegant installed. The touch screen is very responsive and the wireless CarPlay is seamless and connects within seconds of turning on my car. Love this product! I only gave it a 4 for ease of installation because the included guide is confusing and tough to follow. I recommend looking up Fritz Ramos on YouTube as he explains the installation more clearly. Definitely well worth the money!

Great upgrade. Install took me about an hour, very easy...Operating, setup instructions are limited but if you have used Android on a phone or tablet in the past it can make it easier.

Wow, impressive and flawless product i was afraid to but a crapping things but the reality is this product is incredible. Wireless car play work with your wifi flawless. Have carplay, android tablet and original system in one unit. The only bad thing it does not come with manual but customer support is great

The media could not be loaded. Installation was straightforward using YouTube video as a guide, difficulty level is 3-4/10. You need torc bits T20 to remove the factory head unit and install the product. I have the optical cable which are two wires that you need to remove from the factory harness and plug into the back of the product harness, make sure to mark the orientation and place the cable in the same orientation. Once you have connected the power, audio and auxiliary cord and USB plugs placing the unit back in the car will be tight, if you carefully arrange the wires, it should fit with a little bit of elbow grease. Before you put everything back turn the car on to make sure all the functions work. I have had it for 7 days now but intermittently I get a blue screen and no sound and a white " no signal". This seems to happen most when the unit is hot, I live in Guam so it's always hot, I am trying to park in a shaded area with a windshield cover to see if this problem goes away. When the blue screen comes on and no signal, the unit will try to restart but ultimately it will remain non functional despite restarting the car. If the car has been off for more than 30 min (approximate) sometimes it will start and other times it will have the no signal. The unit tends to work almost consistently at night. If the unit is able to remain functional further day, I will keep it as it is a significant upgrade from the stock factory unit. If the no signal keeps happening I will had to return it.The no signal/blue screen keeps occurring and seems to happen more when the unit is hot. If the car has been sitting in the sun with a sun screen visor, the unit will not start at all and goes straight to a no signal message. I will reach out to koason to see if there is a solution.

Has anyone had success with SIM card Cellular use? I’ve tried it all. First you must disable the automatic radio to aux switch - will need master code. Then somehow CarPlay will still stop working randomly. Does anyone have the answer? Too many hours spent to try to get it to work more than a few times before i have to reset the entire screen. At this price it’s has way too many bugs.

Had some issues at first with connecting to carplay and receiving calls, but contacted them and they showed me how to fix all the issues. Also got a backup camera and it works flawlessly with this screen!

The device works well for most functionality, except for the backup camera integration. I'm using the recommended camera (ZONFANT HD 1280x720p Rear View Camera), and the workaround was to wire the camera power directly into the backup light harness. The downside is that the BMW warning pops up every time I go into reverse because the car thinks the backup lamps aren't working.Also, to get the Android Auto audio to work properly through your car speakers, you must connect to the car's bluetooth FIRST. Then connect to the radio's bluetooth. Finally, launch the Z-Wave app on the radio and Android Auto pops up. Once you set it up the first time, it launches automatically when you start your car.All, in all, it's OK, but the backup camera situation is VERY annoying. I'll probably try a different radio/backup camera combination once I've gotten a year's use out of the Android10.

The screen has arrived and we have had the best service from the seller, they solved three issues we had perfectly and dealt with it very well. The screen system fits the interior of the car really well and the system is very fast and auto connects to your phone CarPlay as you are turning the car on. It let’s you flip between the BMW system and then back to the android system easily.
