These are really nice baking mats and they make clean up a breeze! The mats are sturdy,they roll up or lay flat for simple storage, and they protect my pans very well. They are a little on the small side for my largest pans so I have to be a little cautious but they fit the smaller ones perfectly. They have circles printed on them so indicate where cookies should go. I haven't used them as advised because they look pretty close together and I don't want my cookies running together. They've still been a great tool!

Works as a great template. I use parchment over top do you can't see them in my photos. I then slide the whole sheet of parchment off the silicone mat and pipe more! I've also puppies and baked directly on the mats and had success.

It helps to trickle a little water under the mat when fresh out of the oven. The steam will help your shells pop loose.

These mats are perfect for baking macarons! I get lovely flat bottoms, nice feet, and as long as you let them completely cool first, they pop right off of the mat. I won't go back to parchment paper!
