Bad Customer Service
Bought this Bittium Tough mobile phone. The phone seemed great until I was unable to hear anyone via the earpiece of the phone. The Seller gave me some instructions on a fix having to do with the Android software. I made several attempts to fix the phone by following the instructions. I Even brought to the phone to a T Mobile repair facility, because the repair instructions stated that it is a known issue with T-Mobile phones. The asked the seller to replace or repair the phone and they refused. I asked for an exchange, and they told me I would be banned from ever buying from them again if I did a return. I Returned the phone and have yet to get my refund and it has been over a Month. Bad service, and phone has potential but why sell me something with an issue at $2000 and then not offer a fair solution for repair. Then banned me for wanting my money back on a faulty $2000 purchase. Then still not return my money? -1 Start for Kick

Phone is bricked by Always On Security feature
This phone is stuck in a perpetual security reset. No data is provided regarding why the Always On security is failing, but I'm assuming it is a hardware issue as it erased itself. Can not recommend this phone as you could be needing it for critical communications only to have the device brick itself with continuous security failures. At this point, the phone is fully erased but will not boot into Android. I get a green text on black screen alert saying the Always On security has detected an issue and to press volume up to erase and reboot. Following the instructions, the phone erases and reboots and goes back to the Security Notification screen again.
