when I purchase this book it invited a lot of dark forces in my life, I learned the hard way that art of Voodoo is a paganism practice and a curse unto one and all I really needed was the Holy bible the word of God that removed all that dark forces.

I want to open this review commenting on a review another reader left. First let me say that I fully respect his or her opinion, and that actually I agree that, if you don't feel good about anything at all on this world, the best thing always is to follow your heart, but there is a misunderstanding there, it's not that you have to call the names out loud, the author advise is TO NOT DO THAT, unless you are too familiar with Hebrew language and it's pronunciation. What he advises instead is to carve the name on the candle and let it work that way.The book itself is well structured, psalms page, applications page, depicted in this way:Psalm Page: from the actual book of psalms.Applications Page: Psalm X to do X thing, Use X candle and use X name.So it's very simple and easy to read. Still, a pre-existing knowledge about this kind of work is a must, not only to avoid confusion but to make full use of the book because further on it gives very briefs explanations for best times to work and planetary hours etc, etc, etc...As a closing comment, I didn't see anywhere the part where the author states that the names he uses came to him after meditation, I could have missed it, but if that is so, I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING SUCH NAMES unless you know what you are doing, instead find yourself a *superb* book about the kabbalah and instruct yourself on the holy names of God and the use of the Tetragrammaton.

First, I deducted a star due to the rather large size of the book... it simply doesn't sit on any of my shelving and does not need to be this large. The large format of the book does allow for large print, however I'm not legally blind (clearly who the print was intended for).Aside from that it is a very useful resource that has a nice index of what each psalm is for. The instructions are clear and concise in the first few chapters and the vast majority of the psalms are listed in their entirety (some later on are only referenced due to their length).

purchased other candle burning magic books but this one is the best. it includes divine name that you inscribe to your candles and have done 2 rituals and have been successful with both and have received good results. I purchased book after reading reviews from S. Cranow who knows what he is talking about. I also use the divine names on other workings I do with other candle magic books and also have received successful results. some rituals may have to be done 2 to 3 times or more to get results but the more you repeat the ritual, the more you start to feel that something is about to happen and it does. dont give up. trust me, it works. If you start having doubts, mine as well give it up for you just wasted a ritual that could have help you. have faith and trust in yourself before starting any ritual. be blessed. Manny

Candle Burning Magic With The Psalms is a must for anyone who likes working with the Psalms when doing candle magic.

Great book to work with to bring some calm to your home and family if you are dealing with many issues that you need a little assistance with. The book is easy to follow and tells you what color candle to use and how to prepare for the issue you choose to help find a resolution for. I would highly recommend this book for peace of mind. I have had a copy of this book before and have used it so much it wad falling apart so I needed a new book. So glad it is still in print.

This reading material is very detailed. I have owned it on kindle for a short while, and I have achieved some results. It is very important to concentrate and keep any doubts out of your mind.
