Etheric Pure Indigo Leaves Powder (200 Grams)

*First of all don't expect this leaves powder to color your hair like L'Oreal or Godrej die*. It takes about 5/6 coats to get the dark brown color.I have about 5-10% greys and i am happy with the product. For the best result follow 2 days process. 1st day henna gives the orange base. 2nd day, soak this powder with 1 tbsp salt in warm water for 15 mins. Apply in your hair and leave it for 1+ hr, without using shampoo wash it off with plain water. The orange will become black. our hair will be dry/coarse but don't worry about it, its just temporary. Apply oil and keep it for 2 days.Now you can shampoo. your dryness is gone. *** There will be lots of black/blue dye will be washed away but still 30-40% dies is there on your grays.if you continue doing that for 6 months your previous hair will get darker and darker each time you do.I am glad that may be it doesn't color my hair like L'oreal but i am also not getting lots of harmful chemicals.150/- pack last for at least 8+ months.

Few tips to get Best result.Apply Heena of any gud brand and wash it off wid plain water next is to mix indigo powder wid warm water in plastic bowl and keep it for 10 min then apply on hairs and wash it off after 2 hours with plain water. After 3 days wash your hair with mild shampoo, I know it is time consuming but it has worth. I have used Hair color of all major brands as my hair roots are white so color fades quickly. I have given 4 star as I want to see in how many washes this indigo color fade out.

I applied it after mhendi. So, its result was good but the whole day, I felt itching on my head. So, I doubt somewhat, is it pure or not?

This is a really wonderful product.I have premature grays and I use natural henna powder which I buy from local Herbal store. But I used to get light orange -yellow shade hair which was not so cool. Now, I mix natural henna which is dried and powdered henna leaves, mix with coffee-tea and beetroot concoction ( 2 teaspoon coffee powder, 1 teaspoon tea powder and a small slice of fresh beetroot boiled in water till beetroot becomes blanch), keep in iron container overnight and apply for 2-3 hours(remember to keep a plastic headwrap, to keep moisture in ,otherwise, henna gets too dried up and becomes difficult to wash off. Then I wash with very less shampoo (I use Meera herbal shampoo diluted with water) , towel dry my hair, mix Indigo with hot water with a pinch of salt and keep for 10-15 min (Don't keep indigo for long period). Then I apply on my semi-wet hennaed hair, keep it for 1 hour, wash it off and hey presto! Natural, dark brown-black hair, where you cannot even identify grays. Moreover it gives a shine and lustre which I really love.And I get great comments from my friends too.Loving the product.

The courier DTDC is awful. Refused to deliver multiple times but finally seller sent me using india post (more amounts than I ordered).Really appreciate efforts by seller to make up for shameful DTDC. The product is good, and I have used it regularly for years, which is why I was keen to have it. Can recommend this product as a natural alternative.

It was taking time for the dye to become purple colour inspite of keeping for 15 mins

It has deteriorated. Now only red colour is coming. Earlier it was Ok.

I have been using this product from past 8 months and I am satisfied with the product. I am not in favor of chemical colors / dyes which have always damaged my hair to the core. I first apply henna for two hours and then apply this product for two hours. I get the tint of dark brown color which is still okay for me. My hair does not dry. One thing I have noticed is that my hair has been turning grey rapidly since I have been using this product. However I am not sure if it is because of the Indigo.
