I really like this light on my 2004 Dodge Dakota SLT. The cargo light is very bright and so is the brake light. The problem is the LED glow. Mine has been on for 2 days. It has dimmed a little but not completely off. Luckily, it doesn't drain the battery. Going to pick up a resistor today to take care of that. I think a resistor needs to be included with this product. UPDATE: put a resistor on and it heat up very fast and very hot. It did not help with the LED glow so I decided to just deal with it. It's not very bright. It has been on for weeks.

Fixing up my old 2000 dodge dakota sport . Was worried at first cause of all the reviews about there lights staying on. I took the chance and it looks good. I Was wanting the chrome lens but accidentally order the smoke lens. Haven't put it on my truck yet but I'm going to tomorrow. Now i have to order some smoke lens taillights and try to find some headlights to matchUpdate. The back up lights do not work but the brake lights do. Wish I would have notice that already. Idk how to contact this company so I can either get another one or my money back

This light feels high quality and is packed very well. I do wish they would have included some instructions or specs or something. I noticed that mine has a resistor (I think) wired in (see photos). I thought this was cool but also is not mentioned anywhere on the listing or any reviews. Maybe its a new thing they are doing? This light was easy to install, looks amazing and the foam gasket it comes with looks beefy. I will update my review in due time if anything good or bad happens to the light.

I'm only giving four stars because there's room for improvement it's a pretty bright light I feel that there should be an extra white light on each side and one extra red light and maybe just a little brighter but other than that it fits installed easy it works and it's definitely an upgrade from what I had I would recommend this item.

Bought this in place of another that the lights wouldnt turn off.this has a built in resistor and lights stay off ...love the look

Made my brake lights stay on for 3 days and drained my battery. I want my money back. I don't know how to connect a resistor and I didn't sign up for soldering when I bought a plug and play light

Comes with everything you need including, gasket, wired in resistor,connecting plug etc. Nice and bright.

Installed on my 05' daktoa 4x4. Great light, high quality material and the 3M adhesive gasket included is ideal. NEEDS RESISTORS TO OPERATE CORRECTLY. Lights will stay on all the time without.
