The finger holes are all different sizes... worthless!
I really wanted this to work out, but quality control is apparently missing at this company. I ordered size medium. The finger holes are all different sizes At first I thought maybe they sent a large and a medium. But, on one glove the thumb hole is way bigger than the other, and then on the other glove the pointer finger is larger than the one with the big thumb. Almost every finger hole is a different size on each glove! The materials are nice, the gloves seem pretty comfortable and the stitching seems relatively OK, but on gloves, particularly sailing gloves, the fingers holes kind of need to work properly.A little QC and QA could go a long way.So I basically got a worthless product. I suppose I will have to return them to Amazon.

First impression seems good
I can only give a preliminary review of these Tourelo sailing gloves since I just received them and will not have a chance to try them in actual use until I go sailing again in spring. The real test of quality gloves is how they function wet and handling lines and how they hold up with use, but for now I can give my initial impressions. I'm pleased with the fit and construction of these gloves. One thing you may not think of is that gloves with cropped fingers can be harder to remove than regular full gloves since you can't grip the tips and pull them off. There are no tips! These Tourelo gloves address that by having small leather tabs on the middle fingers that can be gripped to pull off the gloves more easily. More obviously visible is the tab at the wrist to aid in pulling them on. I like the mesh back which should aid in shedding water and drying more quickly. My estimation of medium for size proved correct. I did not find any size guide on the Amazon product page or at the Tourelo website. By comparison, a pair of Harken gloves was noticeably smaller. There are a number of different brands of gloves in this price range so it can be hard to select, but these seem worth a try.

Excellent customer service
I've had to up my rating! After reading my original critical review of gloves I had bought for my son, Tourelo's founder hunted me down online and insisted on sending a new pair of gloves. The new pair look great, as they should. But what I'm most impressed with is that they reached out to me when they sensed something wasn't right, and I was able to skip the whole hassle of returning, etc.So you can order these with complete assurance that Tourelo will make sure you're happy.

Will protect your hands, but who knows for how long.
After one use, glove tore at right thumb, and damaged pinky on left. Kind of expected to not get tore up on the first sail. Especially for the money. But they do fit nice.

Good for beginners, bad for competition.
The construction seems sturdy. They probably won't fall apart but they are terrible for any kind of experienced sailing. When they got wet I had zero grip and on top of that, I lost circulation in my fingertips. I threw thease out and got some gill gloves.

Poor stitching
This is my second pair and I was happy with my first. However, I am quite disappointed in these gloves. I’ve only used them twice so far and the stitching is coming loose. No reason for that other than poor quality.
