Alyce Intimates Women's Cotton String Bikini, 12 Pack, Assorted Colors

I am very particular about underwear! Very particular! I am always on the lookout for bikini underwear that is not too low in the front or leads to all day wedgies in the back. Alyce Intimates Women's Cotton String Bikinis are perfect. Perfect height in the front. I am a person with a large behind (thank you very much) who is very physically active and haven't experienced a wedgie. Moreover, the underwear is soft with a variety of vibrant bright colors.

Love that these are as described. When I purchased, there were no other reviews but decided to go for it. Hard to find real cotton underwear now days. These specify and feel like 100% cotton. As for sizing, it's kind of a personal thing. Because, per any size chart, It says I am a medium. But mediums are always a little tight on me and dig in a bit. So I always size up. I am 5'5", 145 lbs and 38" hips and the large fit perfectly. And no sagginess in the rear! There was a little shrinkage after wash and dry but minimal. I like these so much that I went to purchase another couple of packages!

I am so happy that I found these because this string bikini style is so hard to find were I live! I even went to fruit of the loom and hanes websites and still this style was not available. The size is perfect!! The fabric seems good. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is because there is a size tag on each individual pair of underwear that is stitched on and it is impossible to get off without damaging the elastic or the stitch stays on the underwear if you can rip the paperboard tag off. I think I accidentally did some minor damage trying to remove these tags. Pretty frustrating. Other than that I swear these undies are great! Good butt coverage! I wish the tags were not so hard to remove, but overall am happy. Just frustrated over those tags! Even after washing them the stitch stays on. It's not too noticeable, but in the black pair, and a couple other colors, totally noticeable!

Looked a little big straight from packaging. At first I thought that they might fit a little baggy. But after I washed them, they shrunk slightly (it's 100% cotton after all). And in the end, they fit as expected, unlike "China sizes".Very comfortable.No wedgies. Enough coverage, and yet still appealing and pleasing to hubby.Nice array of colors.Best deal I had found on Amazon during the time I was looking ($16.99 for a 12 pack :)

The sizing was general sizing, not numbers. Based off the reviews, I bought a size larger. I got the 3x and I wear an 18. When they came, the label said size 10.I have been buying the string bikini underwear from Lane Bryant for years, but it is too pricey. These are very nearly the same. The fabric is a bit thin, they sometimes ride down a bit. I wish there was one size up and they would be perfect. Can't expect much more from this price point, though. You get a whole lot of underwear for $20.

The customer service is amazing. I had an issue were my sweet husband dried them on high and they shrunk a bit. The panties are soft. Just note they are cotton so will shrink a little a bit! So do not dry on high! I would recommend them! They are just like my Victoria secret ones i spent way more on! I wouls buy again

For the most part I love these. I'm 6'0ft, 180lbs with 44inch hips. I don't have a Kim K butt, but it is definitely on the thicker side and have a hard time finding the perfect panty. I'm picky about the comfort but also the coverage - seems like with womens panties it is one or the other. With these I don't have to sacrifice either of those. I have trouble finding cute underwear that's 100% cotton that don't look like maternity panties. (Spandex/silk is just not comfortable/breathable for all day wear.) These are cute AND breathable. These have enough coverage so you feel snug and secure but are also discreet and leaves you with enough "exposure" to feel free. It's like going commando but with the security of wearing panties. The straps are thick enough not to dig into my hips but also thin enough to be casually sexy. I like the design because I can wear the straps around my hips like normal mid rise underwear, or pull them higher on the sides to rest like a bikini thong. I ordered a size 9 because I read they run about 30% small, and I'm a size 10 in jeans. A size 8 would of been just a tad tight, and obviously I don't want to grow out of new undies within a few months. I tried them on when they arrived and they were about half a size too big around the center of my butt and way too roomy at the bottom, so I washed them alone with hot water and dried them on the highest setting. They shrunk to an almost perfect fit. Maybe it's just me, but these have extra room on the bottom center of the butt where your cheeks meet that makes them look just a little baggy. Rather than a sculpted bikini fit it has some extra wiggle room. Not enough to bunch up though, so it's only a vanity issue. I'm hoping with regular washes it shrinks down a bit, but after the first attempt of shrinking them they did shrink up to hug my butt, minus the extra space between my thighs. A size 8 definitely would of been too small. I've worn these with leggings and jeans and it feels like nothing is there. I work out in these too, lots of running and stretches/yoga and they stay in place, no embarrassing adjustments needed every few minutes. I'm giving four stars only because of the extra space issue, and the fact that they are high-rise on the back. The front reaches just along my bikini line which is perfect, but the back of the underwear reaches the small of my back, so about an inch or two too high and it peaks out on my mid-rise jeans.

The string is more like a band, it is at least 1/2" wide and it rolls. If you are looking for a string bikini pass on this style.
