BedStory Memory Foam Pillow, Bamboo Charcoal Pillows for Sleeping, Cervical Bed Pillow

I want to start by saying I read many any reviews on many different memory foam pillows before I choose this one. So I knew what people liked and disliked about this and other brands. Also I was coming to this pillow from a shredded memory foam pillow, purchased at sams and was very expensive, that I found ridiculously heavy my hubby loves his but I hated mine, which is what lead me to amazon. I purchased 3 gave one to each of my kiddos and one for me. We all love it!!!! It's not to heavy, I thought it would be heavier than it is bc my shredded memory foam one was so very heavy. It's lighter than that one by a lot. The pillow case it very soft and this pillow doesn't require another case on it but I will be adding a water resistant one over my kiddos pillows. Don't think I'll add one to mine it's very comfy as is. This pillow doesn't sleep hot to me and I'm hot natured already so that's a plus. I get hot very easy and my hubby calls me a little heater so I was pleased I didn't feel like it got hot. We have a purple mattress which contrary to what they say it can feel hot esp during texas 100+ summers, but since it's comfy I deal with it. So I was happy this pillow doesn't get hot!!! I am a side sleeper and my son is also. My daughter is a stomach sleeper and this pillow is comfy for us all. It fits nicely on my neck and helped relieve my neck pain some even after the first night. Very supportive! He's something Side note, I was also using a messager to help relieve the strain caused by my other pilllow, but I'd been doing that for weeks as I was on the hunt to replace my pillow. But this pillow definitely helped! My neck/head aren't slanted while I sleep so it definitely helped! I was surprised how fast it puffed up because it was stuffed flat when arrived but within a few minutes it was all they way big. Over-all I'm very happy with my purchase and will purchase again in the future when this one needs replaced.

My husband is very picky about pillows and he loved this one! I was so impressed that I bought one for myself as well. We've had ours for almost a year and they're just as comfortable now as when we got them. They do a good job with cooling and the charcoal really does help with odors. My hubby is a sweaty sleeper and this is the first pillow he's had that has held up and not smelled terrible (even with frequent washings). There is a chemical smell when you first unpack, but it goes away fairly quickly and is tolerable with a spritz of febreze. I highly recommend this pillow for neck pain as well. It's not too thick but thick enough to keep my head and neck at a comfortable angle. I've gone through a lot of pillows trying to find a good one and this is the best one I've ever had. Worth every penny! Highly recommended!

This pillow has the firmness I have been looking for: great relief from those mushy, flimsy memory foam pillows I've been suffering with - it holds its form well. Haven't had a sore neck in the morning since I bought it! But it wasn't long enough, so I ordered the King Size version. The package that arrived had already been opened (returned?) and was confusingly marked Queen/King. It wasn't until I completely removed the pillow that I could see it was, indeed, the King size. Almost returned it! Oof!

Update: it's going on almost 4 years with this pillow and I'm just now needing to get a replacement. It's getting a tad flat. I will most likely reorder this pillow as I've never had a long term relationship like this with a pillow!I have had this pillow for a couple months now. I wanted to give it a good run before I gave my review. It has helped me so much with neck pain. I would always get headaches from my pillow being too flat or too high and not having enough support in my neck. This pillow gives me all the support I need. It has not gone flat on me at all. I have not had problems with it getting too hot or too cold. The temperature is always perfect. There really isn't anything negative I can say about this pillow other than I wish I found it a long time ago. Right before I bought this pillow my husband spent gobs of money on another brand and his has gone flat and doesn't support him. So now he uses mine when he's sleeping. He works graveyard and I work day shift so it works out just fine. So I'll be buying another one soon and if my pillow ever goes flat on me😁

UPDATE: Because I loved the pillow so much I ordered one more. This one however did not fluff up properly and continued to stay uneven and flat even after 3 days of opening and letting it air. I thought maybe it's 1 bad piece and requested a replacement. The new pillow that came also did the same thing. Even after several days it stayed deformed and flat. I guess it's just a bad batch, maybe they've been compressed in storage too long and the memory foam is damaged. Will be returning this replacement one as well. The original pillow is still great though, I guess it's just hit or miss if you'll get a good batch or bad one.Original review: It's firm enough memory foam to prevent sinking into completely, but at the same time nicely takes the shape of your neck and head to be comfortable. Great to sleep with one arm under the pillow for side sleepers too

I got 2 of these to try replacing my Beautyrest Black Latex pillow...this doesn't even come close! Unfortunately I can't find anything like my previous one.This pillow is more like a plastic type feel, doesn't contour like actual foam does. I like super firm pillows so it's not that it's not very firm, it's just uncomfortable. I can't really explain it, it just feels "cheap" if that makes sense.So disappointing.
