DO NOT BUY! The app required to use this tracker does not work. We tried this on multiple devices, through different means of downloading and it will NOT allow you to register. If you use the QR code to download it, it directs you to a page that isn't working, 502 error. It's a shame because the tracker itself is well designed, but it is on its way back already

Die Batterie des Mynt wird viel schneller leer als versprochen so hielt sie bei mir nur ca. 2 Monate, dass ist allerdings noch das kleinere Problem. Das eigentliche Problem ist die Bluetoothverbindung, diese bricht öfters von selber ab, obwohl der Mynt in unmittelbarer nähe ist. Das führt zu häufigen Fehlalarmen (ca. 5 pro Woche bei niedriger Empfindlichkeit) und auch zu nicht ausgelösten Alarmen wenn man wirklich etwas vergisst, da die Verbindung bereits vorher abgebrochen ist. Außerdem funktioniert der Mynt als Fernbedienung defacto gar nicht.

Tracker funktioniert nur wenn andere Personen die App haben und Bluetooth eingeschaltet ist GPS ist nur auf dem Handy da um den Standort auf einer Karte zu finden total nutzlos dieses Teil !

So I've had this little guy for about a month now and its been nice BUT the times I have needed it, the batteries were dead. I bought this because I didn't want to buy a new tile every year and the remote feature seemed nice, especially since I had a presentation for finals. I recently found out that using this as a remote uses up battery like none other which is probably why it was dead by finals week. It also caused PowerPoint to go into a weird panic attack mode after the presentation and I'd have to restart my computer (I had it under a presentation setting). After changing out the battery with the spare that came with it (and it working just fine), I recently had to disconnect it from my phone for work related reasons and apparently it hasn't connected back to my phone properly since then. It still shows up under "paired devices" on my phone but "connecting...: has yet to go away. I have "removed" the device in the MYNT app but it will not unpair under bluetooth setting. I have removed and checked the battery but it's still got about half its life so I bought new batteries in hopes that a low battery is part of the problem but we shall see. I sincerely doubt that since I have been able to pair this with my laptop and the remote (in music mode) worked just fine.Any and all suggestions would be much appreciated.I really did like it for that month it worked.UPDATE: It really was a stupid as turning the phone off and on again. As I mentioned the tracker was removed from the app but not unpaired from my phone. I turned the phone off and on again hoping that would help with the bluetooth unparing process but it also helped get the device to pair again with my phone so we are back in business. Definitely thinking about buying one more for my mom with this knowledge in hand. My phone has lost the connection a couple of times and that seems to be a common problem other complain about. I haven't notice this happening very often and the few times it has, it has happened at home and the phone finds it again very quickly.

Idea of this device is neat. However it’s Bluetooth so if you’re out of its range, which seems to be 30-50 feet, it does you no good. The main downfall for me is the battery slide falls off. It fell off a couple times and this time I don’t know where it fell off so this little device is no good to me any longer! Buy one has the battery built in. Yeah it says it doesn’t last as long BUT if you loose the battery slide on the MYNT then what good is it 🤨Also the chime or “alarm” for the MYNT is realllly quiet so if it’s buried under clothes or something, unlikely you will hear it when to try to locate it.I’m going to return as defective.
