Q: how can i verify authentic OEM part

I am not sure it is OEM but I took the one I bought to the Ford dealer and they programmed it for 75 dollars and It has been working fine.

You need two FOBs to program a third FOB without the using a dealer

I don't know. Worked perfect for Ford Escape Titanium. Local Ford dealer programmed the remote, only took about 15 minutes.
