Incomplete package.
Disappointed !!! As i didnt receive all the bolts n screws. the spanner given was also not the correct fit..this was urgently needs for a stroke patient who is in recovery.

Sturdy. Nice for light exercise in house. Good for senior people also. Seniors..some thing is better than nothing. 😊

Accessories and product not satisfied me
Today I received this product and it's disappointed me due to1) they provided only 4 curved washer instead of 6 as per manual.2) no Allen key bolt given with product for handle3) no screw provided for computer holder4) computer screen not showing full digit5) delivery handling is very bad because product has damaged in some area

Need to address Alignment/Wobble issue
On the whole the frame is quite sturdy but there are alignment /wobble issues.Inorder to prevent wobble, instead of the base pad, suggest a nut be spot welded on the inner side of the base frame through which a bolt with soft head can be turned/screwed up or down for alignment. If the wobble / alignment issue can be sorted out the unit would be the best.

Wrong Nuts and Bolts
The bolts needed top assemble the pedals to the frame were too short. Had to get fresh set from Market. Otherwise the product is as described but a bit flimsy. Probably stable on a carpet but slippery on floor.
