Could be better
So this would have been a really, really good piece of it was made for adult size teeth. Great design, just entirely too small.

Waste of money
Didn’t work for my front teeth.. Also, kind of dangerous.. Easy to swallow because it just falls right off your teeth. Not great material I think?

Best i found for lower teeth Grinding!
You can barely feel this and it works awesome on my bottom teeth! I broke 4 teeth/fillings in past few months due to Bruxism and this has helped amazingly!
