Helpful but don't expect overnight miracles
Update 2/24/16This device holds up well under normal usage. nothing to complain about on that end.however I must mention to caveats for ab wheels in general1) If you are not careful or you perform the exercise incorrectly it can hurt your back. I implore with you to watch a couple videos on you-tube so that you keep you back straight2) From a personal stanpoint, I am not unusually strong in my upper body, and I am starting to get some aches and pains in my upper sholders as my reps have increased. So be aware that this device also works out other muscles and joints and not just the abs so its probably not the best idea to use it daily and to incorporate other ab exercises as part of an overall routine3) It works. I actually have some definition after 3 months after trying for a lifetimeThis is the first ab wheel that I have ever used so I don't have anything to compare it to but I could comment directly on the quality. Pre assembly is a non issue as it took me all of 15 seconds to snap it together. It has hard but non slip rubber/plastic on the wheels that work very well on hard flooring or carpet. I will update this review in six months as it should be interesting to see how this holds up under regular use.As with most exercise equipment don't expect miracles overnight. After 2 days of use I didn't experience any soreness so that means I wasn't using any new muscles but then again I'm in reasonably good shape. Watch a couple of videos on YouTube on how to use properly as incorrect use can hurt your back. I plan on using this about 2 to 3 times weekly as part of my exercise routine.

I love this!
I recieved this product at a discounted price for my honest review and testing. I will start out by saying that my husband loves this. He has a bit of a tummy and he does sit ups and crunches all the time and hates them. He tried this right away when it came and loved it. He said it was very easy to use, felt the results of the ab workout right away and way easier then crunches! My Ad wheel didn't come with instructions on how to put it together but it wasn't hard to figure out just look at the picture. This is very good quality despite how it looks in the picture. It comes with a knee mat which is very soft and much better then the floor. The handles are very soft yet have a very good grip to them. The bar is made of stainless steel and very sturdy! I recommend this product for someone looking for an easy workout with all the benefits!

Easy to Use Ab Workout
As the new year approaches I along with many others have started thinking again but my fitness. I want a routine that will be easy to manage with my schedule and my kids and after 2 c-section my abs need a lot of work. This was a great idea I thought. And it has not been bad by any means, and my abs do hurt from being worked so much but I am loving it.The Ab Wheel comes in pieces when it arrives but the assembly is very easy. You can have it put together in about 2 minutes. The wheels have rubber edges and are very sturdy so it should last a long time. The handles have grips that make it easier to hold onto while using. As a bonus it even comes with a knee mat that helps protect your knees while on the ground for use. I have liked this Ab wheel but do find it hard to use on carpet smoothly which most of my house was so this is bit of an inconvenience but with practice you can get it down smooth and get a good workout.I received this Ab Wheel at a discount for my unbiased review and opinion. Opinions expressed are 100% my own and may differ from yours.
