Water proof for sure! Great case WAY better than life proof BUT...
Great case, water proof, I tested it. Not a dope in. Pretty robust and decent quality especially for the price but just a few things on why I docked a star.1. It is kinda hard to separate to put on your phone. Sure that is indeed a great thing but it needs to have a bigger area for your finger to take the 2 halves apart to put onto your phone, but the tightness is fine. You want it to be tight for water just wish it was easier to take apart.2. Lanyard hole is tiny. I wish it was bigger so you can actually stick a cable teather in there for when you go jet skiing.3. The audio recording and playing is just plain awful. And ok I get it, it is water proofing your speakers with more than what the phones use (a water resistance screen that is is small water had a tough time getting in however I know there is a way to go around this or at least it could have had little flap plugs(like the note pen has) you can unplug to record talking or some music than close it when you about to get near in the water. Than you ask.. well what if you forgot to close it? Well the same would happen if you didn't close the note pen area as well you phone will get wet.4th and last complaint the screen could be clearer. It is a tad blurry/not clear as it could be and I believe this was done so you had more sensitive input for the phone where your screen will probably have another protector on it, so won't dock a star for that.

Great price great quality
The fingerprint access is hard to use. Your finger and screen have to be almost spotless. I don't side the fingerprint so it doesn't matter to me but for someone who does, it could be an issue. I work around a lot of dust and water. The dust gets into every crack and hole and corrodes the metal parts of everything. It ruins phones, but with this case I won't have that problem. The openings are well sealed and snap well. The case is well designed to fit and be functional. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the fingerprint. I've used otterbox cases before, but they would wear out within a year. By the two week mark, usually something has broken. I've had this a month and it still looks new

2week update!
My tab to my pen wont close... therefore, no longer water proof. Also, the fingerprint reader doesnt even work.*Edit after 2 weeks*It's been 2 weeks since I've had the case. I have changed my star rating from a 1 to a 4 star! Took a while to keep the pen tab closed, but now that it stays shut. Everything is working properly as it should. I've gone swimming with it and it's amazing!Only thing that will never work is the hand print. But that is samsung defect! I hate samsung for changing where thier finger reader is. It's stupid! If you want a case that can read your print, you came to the wrong spot! Best case you can find to read your finger print is to find a soft ugly circle that will show on your screen!I'll change this rate to a five star when they remove the finger reader false advertisement.

Best Type of Smartphone Case for Protecting Your Expensive Smartphone
I had a similar case for my Samsung Galaxy S8, it was under a different brand name (Jaity) though. My S8 was very well protected from drops and falls with that case. I dropped it numerous times, a few times on surfaces like concrete or asphalt, and the phone never suffered any harm from the fall or impact with the surface. I had the S8 for 2 years and recently decided to upgrade to the new Note 10 Plus. When I took the S8 out of the old case to trade it in, it still looked like a new phone without any dings, cracks or scratches. The old case itself had scratches and showed signs of wear (see photos of my old S8 case), but not the phone (sorry, no photos because I already traded in my S8 by the time I wrote this review). Since the old case similar to this one worked so well and was like a Fort Knox for my S8, I searched for and found this case for my brand new Note 10 Plus. The Note 10 Plus came with a pre-installed screen protector, which I left on when I inserted the new phone into this case. Even with the phone's screen protector still on, the fingerprint sensor still works, I just have to press on it a little more. However, I prefer using facial recognition or the 4 digit PIN instead of the fingerprint sensor anyway. The wireless charging also works great with this case. In my opinion, this type of case is the best one available for protecting your precious, expensive smartphone from drops, falls, rain, etc. and is a much better price than the Otterbox ones. The only thing that I don't like about this type of case is that in addition to the screen, the clear back is a fingerprint magnet, so I am wiping it off quite a bit.

I got two of the case on is a back up if the have mo problems with the cas except it is fauls on the dust proof i still get dust in it if i dont use a wireless charger. Other then that very good never have problems with the reader only upset you cant by the reader pads separately from the case to replace them when it goes bad

Reminiscent of the LIfeproof from the iPhone 4-4S!!!
So of course when buying a case on Amazon, you NEVER know what to expect. It's like a bad Forrest Gump thing. Could be good, could be bad.. Who knows. Most of the reviewers are idiots, so you can't even trust them half the time.Anyway, I literally JUST put this on, but I can already tell it's gonna be an amazing case. It barely added any bulk, but it's perfect to hold in your hand. It's clear so I can see the cool back, the FINGERPRINT THING STILL WORKS PERFECTLY..But the main thing is it completely and totally reminds me of the old LIfeproof cases from the original iPhones. Back when they **ACTUALLY** were lifeproof and not just crap.I would do with this phone in this case what I used to do with my iPhone to sell that case back when I sold them at Sprint. And that is chuck the thing across the room and watch them gasp as it lands on the concrete floor. Then I drop it in a bowl of water. And I sold it every. single. time. And I always knew that person would NEVER come back with a broken phone.I'm happy.Especially for the price!!!!! Those Lifeproofs were $80, and even **THAT** was a good price! And I swear I'm not a paid freaking shill. I just used to sell phones and cases, and I HATE cases.. So my word should actually be gold.
