Great book!
It has a comprehensive amount of cases, which are written in a way that shows the arguments of every side as objectively as possible. It's a great, thought provoking book, perfect if you're studying Environmental Ethics.

A New Edition of a Classic
Probably the best introduction to philosophical environmental theory. You don't have to be a philosophy major, but it is serious theory so you have to be interested in that kind of thing. I've used it with non-philosophy students, but they need to be motivated. This book is (almost) all theory, and the case studies are only just that. It can be paired nicely with a "issues" book such as Watersheds.
