Will they stick to popcorn ceiling?

There are a variety of sizes in the package. To assure they stick to an uneven surface, I’d choose the size which most closely matches the flattest portion of texture. This will give the adhesive the best chance.

GLOCANIVAL 3D domed glow in the dark star stickers are made of PVC plastic.

Will these stick to fabric?

Yes they will stick to material. Especially fuzzier ones (my socks and blankets are proof of that).. and just a forewarning you will find them EVERYWHERE... I don't really mind finding them in random places but someone else might. I kind of like finding random glowing dots some days... My son Loves them.

What are they made of?

Seems to be really thin plastic. Stays together fairly well and has held up to my 5 and 2 year olds
