Works a treat
Some items do what they say they are meant to do and some don't....this does and my sleep has really improved since having this is my bedroom. I plug it in for 2 hours before bed and there is a lovely calming subtle lavender scent in the room which helps me drift off. I love it so thanks Tisserand and Amazon!!!

Stopped working
Stopped working after a handful of uses. Very disappointing.

Plastic
A lot of money for something plastic, guess one is paying for the name, bought something similar for half the price that has all the same functions from a supermarket.

Misrepresented its functionality
I bought this for sleep misting and because it mists at an angle rather than vertically like most diffusers. It calls itself "Sleep Better" and claims you can switch off the light while it mists. Unfortunately, the mist button's green light stays on while misting. As this diffuser is opaque that little green light lights up the bedroom at night which is very disruptive to sleep. I asked Tisserand about this who tell me that light is a safety measure which they don't mention in their sales description. Disturbed sleep is far more dangerous than any protection that light offers me. I doubt I alone in wanting to mist AND sleep undisturbed by any light. If I could switch that one useless light off, this would be the perfect diffuser. I'll likely return it.

Fantastic product and great value for money
The water vapor is great and fills the room with lovely scent. I just use different essential oils. The light option can be switched off which is really useful at night. I can't fault this product.

Good night light - it works
It's easy to use and refill, not easy to replace the water but I doubt any of these things are. The smell is pretty much as expected but thought it's basically lavender.The smell definitely gets through the room but having gone for the upper end of the price range I'd say one half the price would do.

Missing product
The item was missing the bottle of essential oil , which is why I had specifically ordered the item .. can’t seem to get any help at all with this
