Too much work for a workable diet. No one can eat as much vegetables as he advocates. Glad I bought book. I only wish I had bought one book not two. Leslie B

I lost 30 pounds with this diet. The book is easy to follow.

The book came to us in very good shape and now it is up to us to follow the book so we can be in good shape also.

I wanted a different book I'd seen before and this is more a book of just many recipes. I was looking for the one with the 7-day beginner's diet which this does not contain -- anyone know which Barry Sears book that is?Thanks if you can answer that --

This book was excellent when it was written, but it's now obsolete. I recommend Wheat Belly by William Davis and Grain Brain by David Perlmutter. These books contain information from new studies, and they are far more relevant today.

Pas tellement intéressant. Il n'y a pas des explications très claires sur "comment ça marche", mais la plupart du livre est dédiée a des recettes de cuisine plutôt pénibles.

A great book to get you started quickly. Enough science to make the case for this way of eating, but all you need to do is follow the plan. I have reduced my blood glucose levels to normal, and am now reading 'Enter the Zone' to top up my knowledge. i will stay with it.

Das mit den Portionen ist nicht sehr einfach zu verstehen, ich musste ein anderen Buch auch kaufen "Mastering the Zone".Aber da sind viele Rezepte drinnen.

The zone book is good,It's works. But i found It complicated and still had to google certain things to find out the answers .
