Excellent for my 4 year old daughter
I bought this for my 4 year old after doing tons and tons of research. She already has a bike, and one day, tried our neighbor's son's scooter. My daughter soon preferred the scooter over her bike. His scooter was also a 3 wheeled scooter but the 2 wheels are in back and 1 wheel in front. To turn that scooter, you just turn the handle bars in the direction you want to go--the "traditional" way. But after doing all the research and even though I knew that turning the Micro scooter would be different, I bought this scooter anyway. My daughter absolutely LOVES LOVES LOVES this scooter. She is still learning how to turn (for whatever reason she can turn left but still struggling to turn right) but it hasnt hampered her from using her new scooter or wanting to use her new scooter. There are so many color options for this scooter that I am sure you will find one that your little one will love. The light up led wheels are a great feature. Especially when she comes with me to walk our dog in the evenings after the sun is down and it's dark out.The ride seems very smooth and is very quiet. After wiping the wheels down she even scoots around in the house on our hardwood floors without scratching. The brake is easy to learn to use and works wonderfully.Although the product description says it's ages 5-12 and the company has a model for under 5, I would still recommend this model. I believe the dimensions are the same for this model and the under 5 model, but this model adjusts as your child grows. It is also light enough that my daughter (again, 4 years old) can carry it up and down the stairs herself. And as a side note, my 4 year old is not particularly tall for her age or anything. She is literally in the 60th percentile for height for her age for Americans. You can also watch numerous videos on YouTube that substantiates how great this scooter is for young children, even under 5 years.I definitely recommend this scooter to anyone. This scooter does cost a little more than other scooters, but considering how well made it is and potentially how many years of use your child will get from it, it is 100% worth the cost. I dont regret this purchase in the slightest. I wish I could have one of these for me!

Nice bearings, rolls well.
My daughter was getting too big for her little kickboard and I wanted to get her something nicer that rolled good. I ride a skateboard with her. I real pro skateboard and her old scooter slowed down after a second or two. So she was always kicking. This kickboard looked like it had better wheels and bearings. It does. She loves it. It rolls nice and seems well made. I really like the light up wheels in the front. They are super bright at night and a good safety feature so cars can see them. The handle comes out real easy for storage, it’s a button lock.NOTE: the handle is adjustable but it’s only fully extended or all the way down. You can’t secure it in between even though it looks like you can.It also turns nice.My daughter does not have the coordination to control a scooter so the kick board is a good option. If your kids are pretty athletic you might want a good scooter but if your child needs something easier to control this kick board is what I would recommend.

KickBoard with a Ton of Fun
Bought this kickboard for my granddaughter's birthday. She loves it and uses it almost daily. Her friends liked it some much that they kept wanting to use it. Other parents commented that they wanted to order one for their child. We knew my granddaughter would love it. She learned to use the kickboard so quickly. We are not concerned about her safety since the product is made so well. She just loves and lean and ride.

The Best Design - Kids Love the Lights
This is the best scooter for kids on the market. I have bought four different scooter brands in the past three years - and decided this scooter is worth the extra price. This last Maxi-Deluxe purchase was the fourth of this particular model for me to buy. The LED models are worth the extra price. The kids love those LED lights. I like the mechanical design - this scooter rolls farther, more easily, more quietly, and with more stablity than other brands. This scooter is ridden by a 2 1/2 year-old child who absolutely loves it (and who just recently learned how to use the brake rather than a shoe, finally). Kids grow - buy the Maxi model, not the Mini model.

Great Scooter for a 4 Year Old Girl
This scooter is well made and very easy to make handle adjustments. The brake is new to my granddaughter but she picked it up very quick. We went with the pink and it’s a vibrant color. Love everything about it and we will get many years of use with this scooter

Great design.
I purchased this for my grandson, and it is great. Easy to ride, and he was riding it the first day with great balance and steering. Highly recommended by grandparents.

Excellent initial impression - easy to assemble and sturdy
Got this for a small 6-year-old for her first scooter and was able figure it out quickly and got the hang of using the brake near immediately. She is having a little more trouble learning to steer by leaning but that doesn't seem to be because of the scooter, just some balance issues for her to figure out.Assembly was quick and easy. Amusingly I was bit frustrated thinking there were inaccessible batteries in the wheels until I learned they were powered by the wheels turning.Overall, it is pricier than some other options, but the quality seems to be worth the it so far.
