I bought this for my daughter for a little dance at school, Although, she only used it once or twice I thought it was really great. It didn't burn her hair, which I thought was a savior. It came with the perfect color to match her room and wallpapers. Im glad this was the first hair straightener for her because the grip stayed nice and cooled, the heat came fast, and I thought it was a nice price.BUT, I'm obviously not the primarily customer, so I don't know how well this would work to straighten my hair. But, after my daughter used it, it showed improvement in her usually messy tangled hair.

It's very girly pink. It gets hot hot, I wouldn't use it on the highest level. I've always had a CHI, but I wanted to try something new, and I have to say it works just as well!

Good straightener but pulls hair VERY BADLY! It heats up well but pulls your hair out. Would not recommend to anyone.

I don't know what the one person with the one star rating was talking about. I ordered this hair straighter, it came faster than expected and I live in a rural area so normally it takes forever for things to arrive but it arrived within 3 days of the order. It has a long chord so you have more movement, it heats up super fast, it beeps when it turns on and beeps when it turns off, its super cute, it doesn't feel cheap or anything. My hair is super smooth and straight. I used a Chi and Andis before but this one takes the cake. I do recommend buying a hair straightener cleaner I got one from Hot Tools for cheap, and I got Sebastian Trilliant Thermal Protection to protect my colored hair. I even bought a Wetline hair straightener holder, it works amazing, I do fear my hair straightener will fall out of it so I make sure I sit next to it.I love the seller and I love the hair straightener.The Pink version is so cute, and the white one is absolutely adorable!I am super glad I found this hair straightener. <3

I need this flat iron urgently for a trip I am taking in two days. It doesn't work. Not at all. Won't turn on. VERY disappointed.

I have to use really high heat to straighten my hair and this does the job beautifully only thing is put too much hair in it and it pulls your hair you have to make sure to keep your hair in the middle of the iron or it gets pulled.. didn't have that problem with my last straightener but hey how can you complain when this product is cute effective and best of all CHEAP! works as well as a chi! for 1/10 the price

Let me tell you something, if you are looking for a good straightener that wont damage your hair THIS IS IT!Ok, so I've had this straightener for about a year and a half and it still works great! It makes your hair look silky and it heats up really fast! So, I totally recommend you to buy this iron specially for such a good price!

This flat iron stopped working after 1 month it is garbage shuts down and I can't even get my one year warranty sucks
