Using these with a 318 lb Horizon 7.4 treadmill on wood floors in our spare bedroom.. Using 6 of these, it does a great job of both protecting the floor and providing noise isolation for the floor below.. These pads are much more dense than I anticipated and are a very hard rubber. As others have mentioned, for the rear wheels that move with the incline, it helps to turn them 45 degrees and give the rear wheels room to move when the incline increases.

These are great, sit under the feet and don't move, even when running these hold the treadmill in one spot, and you don't really notice them there.
