Right from the packaging, to the product quality everything about this purchase was just too good....buy a 10m fairy light if you want the effect shown in the review pic.The product comes with wall mount, two bells, a third hanger to support the lantern itself. It even comes with matched brass colored screws which shows small attention to detail. Unlike other lanterns I have bought on Amazon this one is big and easily is close to 31-32 cm in height. What made me really happy is that there was a small letter of thanks saying that purchase supports small scale artisan industry. While they made my day for sure with the purchase, but this thanks made me realise how this purchase is helping artisans making this exquisite artwork in covid-affected times. I am humbled to have helped while getting more than what I expected in the product !!There are times when you think a sixth star would be possible in the review. This is one such product. !!Hats off to the craftsmen who have spent time creating such a wonderful work of art !!!! Support chain for lantern is too light also both two bells need a finish otherwise its a perfect five star product....

Product is beautiful. This is the best customer service. I received a different design, I contacted the seller and he sent me the original product I had ordered free of cost and asked me to also keep the one I ordered...this is the best customer service I have ever experienced...encourage all to buy these lanterns!!!

The product was delivered late but the seller had informed me about the delay because of courier delivery issues. The package was well packed and the item is well finished and sturdy. Slight bends at edges because of courier services I guess, rest all good.
