Value for money but the chocolate protein drink is very sweet. Only reason it didn't get 5*

This has been a saving grace! It gave me the strength I needed because I couldn’t eat anything (cancer related). It was quick to drink and perfect to have in my bag when I needed a quick pick me up for strength. I prefer the vanilla flavour but it’s always out of stock so chocolate is the second best.

30 grams of protein... 1 gram of sugar. End of story. Those are the best stats of any protein drink that I have been able to find on Amazon, or anywhere else, and make this pretty well a must-have purchase. Other than those numbers, this is an unexceptional product. The texture is thin and lacking in substance; there is a noticable artificial odour when you open a carton; the flavour is OK, but over-sweet and un-natural. And that's all a shame. It would have been so easy, and cost nothing, to have cut right down on the sweetners and added more thickening agents to make a far more appealing product. But nevertheless, you can't argue with the protein and the low sugar numbers. It's taken a long time to find a genuinely low-sugar protein drink and I will be buying this until something better comes along. UPDATE: Be aware that the Mocha variant contains real coffee-extract and a high caffeine content. Both are stated on the packaging, but not anywhere visible in the website pack-shots. If you are OK with caffeine then the Mocha flavour is worth a try - I preferred it to the chocolate.

Brilliant for an on the go morning snack for a meal replacement as has all the vitamins and minerals you need to get from a meal from a recognised brand that is approved and used by hospitals and doctors alike.For me I decided to start a VLCD as I work, having a lunch as recommended by the diet nurse was laughable chicken and brocoli with whatever...... I soon gave up with that, then I was on to mixing powder weight loss drinks in work and cleaning up afterwards which was time consuming and a chore to fit in to a 30 minute lunch so these are perfect to put in my work bag for a great lunch👌with the added convince if I am heading out at lunch I can just grab out my bag and go making the most of my lunch time.I know these are not aimed to diet but more of an on the go drink, these have certainly helped me diet and curbed my appetite in the day, they are not a thick drink and neither too thin they have what I think is just the right consistency they don't smell great when you open them but they taste good bordering on sweet for something with such low sugar it is quite a surprise.I will certainly be buying these again for the foreseeable future to continue to loose weight which I seem to be doing at a good balance between weight loss over time and not too rapidly so is certainly more healthy as advised by my diet nurse.

This doesn’t taste like the original vanilla flavour, it’s not as tolerable as the original, the only plus was there was only 8 of them, very over priced and I wouldn’t buy them again.

These seem in line with what other shakes cost. They are well made but opening them is difficult if you have hand or grip problems.I didn't like the taste as they don't exactly taste of chocolate. They taste similar to a breakfast cereal that has gone mushy in milk enough to drink. The smell doesn't smell like chocolate either. I personally don't like breakfast cereals anyway but if you are someone who loves well soaked cereal? This is for you.

At 150 cal per Tetra Pak it is light nutritionally vs volume.
