Treasury of Bidding Tips: 554 Tips to Improve Your Partner's Game (Revised, Updated)

A good concise book on bidding. The tips are well classified under various sub-topics making referencing very easy. I can just go straight to areas that are of interest to me without having to plough through lots of other material which I already know. The book is very well written, easy to understand. Not for the beginner, but definitely not too deep that someone who is still trying to improve his bidding skills will feel lost or intimidated.Also a good book to keep for future reference as many of the tips are novel and not found in other books. I loan it to a friend and she decided to get her own copy after reading it.

It surprised me. It was not just a random assortment of bidding tips but an excellent and workable summary of ideas and even a whole system. Many of the ideas can be incorporated into most bridge players systems.

Some very helpful tips. Great playing but some of these are not quite applicable to play 2/1. it chances the bidding and there are some new conventions that do not quite fit with these tips

Good compendium of bids

Disappointing. Kantar is not using modern bidding styles. It's as if he wrote this originally 30 years ago and just republished it without updating.

I am a big fan of Eddie.I have many of his books.Eddie has never disappointed me.It is a more difficult read but that can be managed by reading bits and pieces.The tips are short and reading a few a day will suffice.

Usually a good author. It looks like he recycled a lot of old material. Don't buy this book, it's already in the trash.
