Terrible battery life !
The product is impressive in its looks ! However battery keeps dying after a few minutes of use .After complaining to the seller he I was told it depends of the weight of the rider and if the surface is smooth !However the same happens when my petite 8 year old rides on my paved flat surface or when my 11 year old goes on the pavement !!!The average time of use after full charge is 10-15 minutes!!!

Only lasted 2 charged before over heating and not working
Gave this to our son on his 9th birthday and after 2 charges one of the wheels sticks and the battery over heats !!Company have been brilliant in arranging its return and a full refund including postage.

Fab design, easy for kids to learn, great fun!
My daughters love it and picked up the balancing very quickly - not quite so much me.! Only annoying thing is the bluetooth pairing wifey that speaks loudly everytime its turned on. Not always wanting it connected but no way of turning off or even turning down the volume - theres no sneaking on the hoverboard cos her voice is heard throughout the house!

A great hoverboard but...
A great hoverboard, however it does seem to scratch easily and the start up sound is very loud.. there does not seem to be a way to turn this off which is annoying every time you turn it on, it shouts "Bluetooth is great" really loud. Oh well my daughter loves it and it's run time and general build quality is great.

Do not buy
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My son brought this with his own birthday money and initially worked great. 6 months later item doesn't charge and hence wont work, seller won't correspond and no help at all to repair nor refund as apparently item is too old. Absolutely disgusted and have an extremely disappointed child. DO NOT BUY your wasting your money.
