I now do not snore apparently, have woken up in the morning with it not in my mouth though

Rubbish, didnt work at all, would not reccomend.

Absolutely useless. Neither the mouthpiece or nose inserts help in the slightest. The nose inserts are particularly uncomfortable and make a whistling noise as you breath. On top of that there were no English instructions meaning I had to search on line. Dont waste your money.
