Amazon Basics Rectangular Plastic Dustbin Set of 3 - Yellow, Blue, Green, 3 x 15 L

Good quality. Good size for small family. Makes it easy to sort rubbish. The soft close is impressive and the lid doesn't get stuck like most bins of this type. Overall impressed. Would recommend.

I love them. They arrived ahead of time, they are neat and compact yet hold a lot. So easy to separate categories. I am absolutely delighted with them.

We loved the stylish colours of this set of bins, though we did notice that the sides are easily damaged because they are so thin. Unfortunately, they don't match any of our European-sized bin bags. Check carefully before buying if you are using any kind of mandatory separating scheme (as we do).

I was initially trying to buy a three in one bin, but couldn't find one that would fit the space, so I got this set of three instead. They're really sturdy, of a good size and the soft close lids are a nice touch.

Other reviewers pics and videos made these look a lot bigger than they actually are.But their still usable and hoping will be ok for the recycling but for £48! Expensive recycling bins.

No complaints. Stuck some stickers on the front so that guests would know which one to use. Green is fairly obvious, but the other two less so.

If you’re anything like me then you may struggle to work out whether a capacity of 15 L is worthwhile or not. To give you an idea of the capacity, each bin stands approximately as high as my knee and is about the external dimensions of an A5 piece of paper. A bin won’t take large bottles of milk or fizzy drinks, but will be useful for paper and cardboard, glass, ready meal trays and similar smaller items. You will be able to get large bottles of milk or fizzy drinks inside but, depending on the extent to which you crush them, the capacity to add further things will, of course be reduced.The bins are well designed and each have a colour coded lid (recessed with a plastic panel) in red, blue and yellow. They have a main metal body with plastic at the base and lid. There is a soft close mechanism so they don’t clang shut as soon as you let go of the pedal, which also coordinates in colour with the lid. Handily, the bins each have a plastic bucket with handle inside so you can take the contents easily to whatever receptacle your local authority has provided for recycling.The bins look neat lined up in a row but equally can be used individually wherever you wish to place them. I don’t currently know their retail price but Amazon Basic products tend to be good value and I am rating them at 4 stars assuming they retail around the £60-£70 mark.
