I ordered this product on December 14, 2015, today is Wednesday, January 6, 2016 and as of today's date I have shed 8 lbs. This stuff is amazing. I don't know if this will work for someone else, but sweetie, if u have anxiety or chest pains don't order this. OMG, I got heart palpitations, anxiety attacks and my face also broke out with tiny itchy bumps. I only used for 3 days! I went down to one pill and still felt the chest pain and heart palpitations which is a known side effect of green coffee bean extract.

Bought this because of all the great reviews but I got a different result, gaining weight instead of losing it. So based on my personal experience I can not recommend it. Sorry!
