Paubea Blow Dryer Compact Hair Dryer 1000W

I wanted to like this since it was so expensive. Unfortunately I can’t say that I do. I wanted a small & light hairdryer that would be good for traveling that runs hot air and can dry my hair quick. The drying power is terrible and it doesn’t get hot, I wouldn’t even consider it warm air either. It is small and light though. Total waste of money.

I had to order this twice. The first box was missing the diffuser. When the replacement arrived, it had obviously been opened previously and reeked of perfume. I have severe asthma and this resulted in my suffering an asthma attack. I ended up returning just the dryer part of the replacement order and kept the diffuser. It's okay, but the complications make it a less than satisfying purchase.

I like the size of the hair dryer, but was disappointed that the air is either hot or cold...impossible to moderate the hot to simply be warm; however, this may not matter to some who have shorter hair. Because the hot it too uncomfortable, it takes much longer to dry with the cold air setting. May be a simple matter of preference.

This is a nice compact hair dryer, which comes with three extra filters for the back. But IT IS NOISY, not quiet. Noisier than my old Conair 1875 was. It looks like it would fold. BUT IT DOES NOT FOLD. I spent extra for a quiet, folding hair dryer and it does not "fit the bill". It has a high blowing cold setting, a low blowing heat setting and a high one.

I bought this dryer in October of 2019 and I only Was able to use the attachment for a couple months as it fell off and completely broke Do you to the magnet component it not being strong enough. Just a couple months ago the heating element went out so only Blows out cold hair. And just went to twist the handle to use it and completely snapped the handle. I am disappointed that this little dryer didn’t even last me a year. It just didn’t seem to be made with extremely strong material. I would not recommend purchasing.

I’d say 3.5 stars. I mostly stopped using it. Not very compact nor does it dry well. The attachment is magnetic, but not strong- so comes off easily if bumped on your head. My hair seemed frizzy after using it.

I’ve only had it for a few months and the heater stopped working. Now it only blow cold air. That’s disappointing.Up until the heater broke, it was a great little blower. Compact, folding handle, and powerful for its size. Sucks that I’ll have to buy a new one, since it’s past the return date.

I bought this in early Nov 2019 and the heating element must have died bc all settings blow cool air now. I was happy with the dryer up until this point but now I do not recommend buying. I have a pixie cut so it’s not like the dryer has been over worked the last few months.
