Women's Multi Vitamin, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

This is the only multivitamin I can take that does not make me feel sick. I've tried at least a half dozen different multivitamins, even gummy vitamins, and they all make me feel sick right away...until these. I'm thrilled to have a multi that I can take now!!!!!!!

I have been taking these vitamins for a year and have been really healthy. Feeling good and no stomach upset.

This ingredient is contra-indicated for the most common type of breast cancer ductal carcinoma. . It is an estrogen enhancer, and promises to "enhance breast size, etc."There are many other herbal, vegetarian multi-vitamins without Red Clover extract.

I am not sure about this one. Even though I use other Martha Stewart supplements and like them, this one makes me nauseous even when taking with food. I have not determined what is in it that would make such a difference.

I have been using these vitamins for about a month now. I previously bought Martha's Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins, and after a couple weeks, I could see a major difference in the health of my skin. Since I liked those so much, I decided to try out these Essentials Women's Multivitamins, however, it's harder to notice a huge difference in the health of my body.This may be TMI, but the way you know if you are definitely getting the vitamins you need every day is if your pee is green, because your body pees out vitamins you have in excess. On days when I am eating fruits and vegetables all day long and I take these multivitamins, me pee is green, which does not happen with vegetables alone, or with vitamins alone. The combination really leaves me feeling good about maintaining my health. So it makes me feel confident that on the days when I am not necessarily getting all of the nutrients I need from the food I am consuming, I can count on these vitamins to make up for what I'm missing. It is formulated to give you just enough of what your body needs.These are great because they come in plastic capsules filled with a vegetarian powder. They are really easy to swallow, and they are not hard on my stomach at all. I always take them with my lunch, and it works great.The only reason why I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is that I prefer the Hair Skin and Nails to this Multivitamin, and I will never re-purchase this variety again. I'm going back to the Hair Skin and Nails.

Many other vitamins contain fish oil and make me sick after an hour. However I don't experience it at all with Martha's products.

Great product, great price. Taking these you feel a difference. I would recommend these to anyone!!

My wife takes these vitamins every day. Initially, I found them in Walgreen's; she was interested in trying a new product in capsule form. She is very happy with the quality and the ease in swallowing these capsules. They are part of her everyday health routine at 67 years of age. Thank you Martha!
