These are by far the best lights I have purchased, we have a swimming pool in the back yard, 60' of fence in the back and use these to light up the entire back fence.

The lights are very warm yellow. Perfect. Nothing like a harsh bright white LEDs. These look like the old glass bulbs that bring a nice comfortable light into the room. The lights were easy to hang and manage, but the clips and screws they come with were too small to stay and hold the lights into my wall. They did not hold very well. Luckily, I had some other light hangers already, but if you didn't have those you would have to either buy some or find another way to hang them.

I’m using these (I bought 5) in soffits above my living areas. In my application they lay in a dusty tray that would be impossible for thin LED tapes to adhere and lay flat. They’re perfect. As far as installing, as others have mentioned, unroll and plug them in for a few hours to heat up the plastic coil. Then they lay nicely. Installation clips are provided also.

Love these lights because they plug right into a socket with out a power adapter. The lights ordered in April had a power adapter that needed to be replaced by August probably because it got a little moisture in it. Couldn't find the right adapter so those lights because a big waste of money. These are great!

Years ago I ordered something similar to light a dark walkway, and the horrid glaring blue light made the outside look like a prison yard. This has made me wary of rope lights (and LED lights in general).But these are lovely and warm and twinkly and my husband says were easy to mount. Now that area looks a little like Las Vegas, but it's friendly and not depressing.

I ordered lights from Amazon warehouse. They were used. The lights came with end plug missing and also package of clips and screws to hang them gone. Be careful when ordering this way. Lights themselves worked fine.
