All these are good for are as a bite guard. They are all soft and offer no straightening effects.

All three color retainers are the exact same. I can't really tell if they're hard or mild versions of retainers, these aren't soft for sure, because I'm already feeling mild pain. Other sellers have two to three versions (soft, mild, hard). All I know is in just a couple of days wearing any of them, my top and bottom teeth started hurting which means my teeth are shifting, so it must be working.

I’ve been using these retainers for a few months, and my bottom teeth became more straight. The top teeth were also becoming more straight, however, I believe this will take a little more time.The Blue retainer disentigrated after a few weeks, which was very concerning! I began to get slight headaches like that plastic material was going to my brain, or something. The second retainer (white) is making me feel a little sick. I’ve since stopped using them. I’ll be ordering a different type. These retainers need to be a safer health/ food grade type of polymer......

These are not as large as advertised. I believe they are meant for children or teens. They are about 2.125 inches wide instead of the advertised 2.36 inches wide. In my photo I compare the adult size (about 2.36 inches wide) to the size of what I was sent.

I used this for straightening my teeth. It seems like it was working but is uncomfortable and hurt my teeth. Maybe that means it’s working.

Do not use this product. The dye from the item would peel right off the retainer. I could see the purpledye in the sink, when I removed the aligners.Now I have oversensitivity on the right side of my Gumbs, of which I did not have before.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

I use it as a sleeping guard it’s pretty good and not too tight 💙
