I bought it when I was overseas and when it arrived it was not working and I emailed customer support and they send me a new one within the week. It was awesome. Me in 100°F plus heat everyday using this as a cooling device was the best idea for me ever. It last me a while and it’s worth the money👍

Uneven performance. 1st week we got used to working together. Then the honeymoon came to an end. This finicky machine began to work for a short time and then it would get distracted, abandoning the orchids.When it worked it was great with providing the necessary humidity the orchids thrive with.Then the machine began to reject the charger. Changed the charger, no improvement. Much of the time the led indicator first shows it feeding, but within a few seconds the light goes to fully charged. I reinsert the plug and it sometimes accepts it for as long as two minutes when the indicator stops flashing.

This is an okay product. The battery life doesn’t last very long so I’m constantly having to recharge. Good for small spaces.

The media could not be loaded.  I wanted a mini humidifier for a small grouping of plants. This is exactly what I wanted. I e only been using it for 3 days, but so far it is great!I just have mine sitting in a glass of water, but the options are many!It does take a while to charge, but I just included that in part of my nightly routine. I have other cordless humidifiers and they are all about the same - you have to charge it to make it work!I’m planning to order a couple more now that I know how well it works! (I have a couple more groupings of plants that need some extra moisture!)It is lightweight, versatile, and noiseless!!

After two previous purchases, I finally found the perfect mini humidifier for my plants. The video demonstration attached to the product link was helpful in understanding how the device works and made installation very easy. The price is very affordable, it's quiet and portable. I haven't encountered any leaking issues.Once charged it mists (two settings) for several hours,no plugs are needed. Love the Jisulife Mini Portable Humidifier!

Dodnt even work was charging for 2 days because the charging light never turned green and when tryed using it , it did not work

Got these for a plant cabinet. Running 24/7, has been working great so far. Got the other version that has no battery build in previously. Kept stopped working after a month. This one has been almost half year, still working just fine.

Battery life is terrible. Only lasts a couple hours before you have to plug it in again and the chord is too short to have it plugged in while using

I love how unique this design is, and it’s the reason why I was compelled to purchase this item. Unfortunately, the reason why this item is not receiving a 5 star review is because I found the material was going bad when it remained in the water for a long time.

I bought two of these to place among my house plants and they definitely do the job. Full stars when it comes to cleaning them and how easy they are to use/set up. I just wish the charge lasted longer since I have to charge them after each use. They look like vibrator wands but other than the shape, they’re very clean and aesthetic looking.
