EICHTENS Natural Cheddar Curds, 8 OZ

This is the first and only fresh food I have ever ordered online because I was so scared to do so. I thought, surely, it would come and be moldy. It was supposed to be a present for my boyfriend. He loves poutine because he spent a couple of years in Canada and misses some of their more fatty food choices. I live in Florida so I didn't think cheese from up north would make it here in time but I also didn't have a choice if I was going to make poutine in the right, classic sense. We can't get cheese curds down here. I got it in maybe 2 or three days (much quicker than anticipated) and it was still cold and wrapped really tightly in plastic - two bags. I opened one before making the poutine so I could decide whether or not I needed a back-up plan and it squeaked! I know that's a sign of good cheese curds. It was so good! I definitely would recommend these if you're missing home or you need them for a dish.

Best ever. Almost like the cheese in Montreal they call Squeaky cheese. Like 97% almost exactly. So addictive delicious. Goes great with meat smuggled from France by a girl friend you end up never talking to again. I reached out, not sure maybe I thought smuggling meat over the border was a sign of deeper feelings than there were. I guess I got the good food in the non break up break up.. Or whatever you call it. Why bring meat to go with my cheese then ghost me? It wasn't the cheeses fault that's all I have to say. The cheese did right by all of us.

Very nice. A local grocery store used to carry cheddar cheese curd. No longer. I used the curd to create a homemade poutine, a French-Canadian taste treat. One can use mozzarella instead, but I liked the squeaky curd. So, I tried this.A bit pricey, but boy did it add to a fine batch of poutine (more accurately, two separate batches).A satisfied customer. I have just reordered another supply from this producer.

Instantly brought me back to my childhood I will be buying this again this is coming from a Canadian who’s always enjoyed poutineDelicious cheese and it arrived on time the only thing I wasn’t too happy about is the shipping price thankfully I did find a place I can buy it in my local area not the same brand but as good

The best curds i have found online after looking for 2 year's, they Squeek and melt Just right we are now on our 3rd oder from theses folks and they come in with a ice pack in the summer still greeat...

The squeakiest cheese I’ve ever ordered... I don’t like it.... I LOVE it!!!12/10 will order more!!The fact that I’m from Southern California and it still squeaks days after ordering it is mind-blowing!!

Well packed, and absolutely delicious!! I am from Wisconsin and know cheese curds (Lol) . These are excellent.We kind of splurged on them (because the shipping is quite expensive)...but, if you get more than one package at a time, the shipping price doesn't change! And cheese curds freeze nicely.
