Please help me return this machine
The green arm isbe t and will not go flat to the machine also no instructions on how to put it together also no electric cable . I know I have exceeded the days for return but I was moving apartments when it arrived only yesterday I opened the box and was very upset to see the machine in this state it must be covered by some warranty

Good product but needs lot of local mecahnics help for setting up
Machine is excellant and comes with almost everything it need to start. But one needs to buy a stand, large thread rolls, My local vendor refused to fit a motor to this machine. Actual sellers customer service needs some improvement. We don't get proper information.
