Great for insulin pumps
As a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump, I am always looking for a comfortable way to sleep safely with my pump protected. These are awesome! I ordered a size up and I’m glad I did. The pocket goes down incredibly deep and I don’t want my pump going down there so I modified the pocket. I’m too lazy to sew, so I ironed in a piece of adhesive from the fabric store. It was nice to have the option of how deep I wanted it to be. It takes about 60 seconds for the whole process and maybe an additional two dollars. My pump fits perfectly and even cash and credit cards if I want. These are very comfortable cotton. I’m buying more as soon as I finish this review!

Sizing info
I just got these in the mail and haven't used them yet, so hopefully will update once I get a chance to use them. Just wanted to comment on the sizing. After reading everyone's comments about how small they are, I was nervous about buying them and getting the wrong size. I sized up- normally I wear medium or large (around size 6-8) and have a large derriere- the XL that I ordered seem to fit about right. That is about 2 sizes larger than what I normally buy. I have included pictures so you can see for yourself how they fit. They feel a little odd at the back/bottom of the pocket seam (like wearing a menstrual pad) but that's too be expected with the pocket going all the way there. Hope this helps!
