Can't believe I spent so much on something I got to use a tiny bit of twice ! Went Mouldy.
Thought I would treat myself when on offer as cant afford much. Mine was brown not the colour shown, when it arrived.I tasted a tiny bit to see what it tasted like. had another tiny bit the following day. When I went back to use the 3rd time I noticed the mould. As you can see in the pictures I had hardly used any before it became unusable.I had forgotton to use the pictures until remined to review after reviewing another item.Please advise.

Will definitely be buying again
I had never bought bottarga online before and was a bit worried that it would not live up to my expectations. I absolutely love this product, it’s flavor and color are just fantastic.In the picture, our breakfast with asparagus and scrambled eggs with bottarga on top

A little goes a long way
I wanted to try this product as it was new to me. When I received it I found myself in a situation where I did not really know what to do with it. I ended up grating it over cheese on biscuits. If you like salty, savoury additions to food it is great. You only need a little bit. I love it but would not be buying it regularly.

A dry dark rubbish.
Absolute garbage. No resemblance between the photo and the product.Immediate return. and money back.I doubt a hungry cat could eat that.

Nothing like the picture.
This product was nothing like the appetising photograph. It looked like two fat slugs, was a dirty brown colour and tasted horrid. Thank goodness for amazon returns.

Lovely bottarga
Really good quality. Perfect colour and taste.Would strongly recommend . Can’t be faulted . Bought 2 the first time and then some . I love bottarga as it reminds me of the days when my late family friend who used to come visit and bring us a ton of these when I was young !

Top class product
Ive now tried this dried version and also the grated version in a jar. This is far superior, tastier and using a potato peeler you can flake pieces on top of pasta dishes - love it and will order again.

Great taste, superb quality
By far the best bottarga I found here in UK,absolutely delicious.I received the product quickly and the bottarga is vacuum packed in a plastic shrink-wrapped container.I usually serve it in the easiest way, grated on spaghetti with some Olive oil and garlic and the result is always great.The delivery and quality of this Bottarga brand was excellent and I will be buying it again.
