LOved it
Michael is an amazing author...whether its Sam Christer, Jon Trace or in his own name,,,,,this book is suspenseful and has loads of twists and tuns...characters are being formed and I am half way thru VIPER.... Enough said.....you will love it

Exellent book, great service
Book arrived in great condition and came quickly. It was a present so I haven't been able to read it yet but his other books are fantastic.

Awesome read couldn't put it down!
A brilliant read i was total gripped within the first few pages and actually found myself shouting at it as if to warn the characters! Will be recommending to all my friends!

Passable Story, aber etwas viel Gewaltdetails und nicht ganz glaubwürdiges Ende
An sich nicht schlecht, aber langsam gewinnt man als Leser den Eindruck, dass die Serientäter ebenso wie ihre Verbrechen in Zahl und Umfang immer 'schlimmer' werden müssen. Kommt dann noch ein Detailreichtum Richtung Pathologie hinzu, leidet häufiger die eigentliche Story ... das ist nicht nur hier, aber auch hier der Fall, was dem Buch nicht besonders gut tut.

Lost opportunity
The idea for the plot might have made a great book - it's difficult to go wrong with serial killers. But the author did not know how to grasp this opportunity - his lacking experience as a writer ruined the plot. The police does nothing other then talk, drink coffee and wait for luck or coincidence to lead them to the killer (I guess that is how it is in real life, but hey, if I wanted the real life I'd read the crime section in a newspaper!). There are too many life stories of people not in the center of the plot, making the little of the tension to drop to below zero all too many times. And the big "happy end" reunion would work in a book for teenage girls, but not in a thriller.
