I use a seat cushion anytime I know I'll have to sit upon a hard surface. I'm a 6'3" 200 lb. 73 year old . Only had a few days. Using around town have not used on a long road trip yet. I feel I’m sitting a few inches higher. But do feel it’s working. After I take a 5 hour road trip will tell. Last trip I was crying after a few hours that is why I purchased.
